Couples Therapy Session (50/60 minutes): $180
Format: Secure telehealth (video sessions)
Payment: Private pay (insurance not accepted)
Payment is due at the time of booking service unless otherwise arranged.
This is a focused, structured approach designed to help couples create meaningful change as efficiently as possible.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance.
Working outside of insurance allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and a more tailored approach to your care. If you would like, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What can we expect in the first session?
The first session is focused on understanding your relationship, what’s been happening, and what you’d like to change.
You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time. We’ll begin identifying patterns and clarifying goals so we can start moving toward more effective communication.
How do telehealth sessions work?
Sessions are conducted via secure video.
You’ll receive a link after booking. At the time of your appointment, both partners should join from a private, quiet space where you can speak openly.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
How often do we meet?
Most couples begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish new patterns. Frequency can be adjusted over time based on your needs and progress.
