When communication breaks down, couples often find themselves in the same patterns—arguments that escalate quickly or never fully resolve.
Couples therapy provides a structured space to step out of those patterns and begin communicating in a way that leads to real change.

You don’t need to have a clear plan before starting. This is a place to begin understanding what’s happening and how to change it.
How This Work Is Structured
This work is practical, focused, and centered on creating change.
Using Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, we focus on understanding patterns and shifting how communication happens in real time.
Sessions are structured to help you move out of repetitive cycles and develop more effective ways of relating.
What This Work Focuses On
Identifying patterns that lead to conflict
Slowing down conversations so both partners can be heard
Practicing more effective ways of communicating
Applying these changes outside of session
The goal is not to revisit the same conversations, but to create a different way of communicating.
What to Expect
This isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong.
Both partners are given space to be heard and understood. Sessions are structured to reduce reactivity and support more productive conversations.
The focus is on creating clarity, stability, and meaningful change.

Format: Secure telehealth (video sessions)
Session Length: 50/60 minutes
Fee: $180 per session
Payment: Private pay
