About
I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support in your relationship can feel like a significant step. My goal is to provide a space where both partners can be heard, understood, and supported in making meaningful changes.
Who I Work With
I work with couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns—ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, or a growing sense of distance.
Some couples come in during a difficult period. Others want to strengthen an already important relationship. In both cases, the focus is the same: understanding what’s happening and creating a more effective way forward.
How I Work
My approach is structured, practical, and focused on change.
I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help couples understand the patterns driving conflict and shift how they communicate.
Sessions are collaborative and focused. The goal is not to revisit the same conversations, but to create a different way of engaging with each other.
What This Work Involves
Together, we focus on:
Identifying patterns that lead to conflict
Slowing down conversations so both partners can be heard
Practicing more effective ways of communicating
Applying these changes in real-life situations
This work is active and intentional, with an emphasis on building skills that extend beyond the session.
A Balanced Approach
This isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong.
Both partners are given space to be heard and understood. Most relationship challenges develop through patterns that both people get pulled into—often without realizing it.
With the right structure and support, those patterns can change.
Telehealth
All sessions are conducted via secure video, allowing you to attend from the privacy and convenience of your own space.
Closing
If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
Reaching out is simply a place to start.
